RAF GROUP LLC ("femiPore," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit femi-pore.com or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We sell a product for vaginal health. We understand that buying it, and even reading about it, is personal. We treat that information carefully, and this policy tells you exactly how.

1. Who we are

RAF GROUP LLC
30 North Gould St STE 4000
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
office@femi-pore.com · +1 917 730 3401

2. Information we collect

You give us:

  • Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number
  • Payment information (processed by our payment providers, see below, we never see or store your full card number)
  • Order history, subscription preferences, and delivery instructions
  • Answers you give in quizzes, surveys, or product reviews
  • Anything you write to customer service

We collect automatically when you visit:

  • IP address, device type, browser, and operating system
  • Pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay
  • The site or ad that brought you here
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address
  • Cookie and pixel identifiers

We receive from others:

  • Payment confirmation and fraud signals from payment processors
  • Delivery status from shipping carriers
  • Advertising and analytics data from platforms such as Meta and Google, which tells us that an ad led to a visit or a purchase

We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

3. Sensitive and health-related information

Because of what we sell, some of what we hold can suggest something about your health. If you buy a vaginal probiotic, answer a quiz about odor or dryness, or write to us about a symptom, that is health-related information.

We treat it as sensitive. Specifically:

  • We use it to fill your order, answer your question, and improve our products. We do not use it to infer anything about you beyond that.
  • We do not sell it.
  • We do not share it with advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
  • We do not disclose it to employers, insurers, or data brokers.
  • Access inside our company is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut residents: you have specific rights over consumer health data, including the right to confirm whether we collect it, to see who we share it with, and to have it deleted. Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice sets these out, and you can exercise these rights by emailing office@femi-pore.com with "Health Data Request" in the subject line. We will not deny you products or services for exercising them.

4. Why we use your information

  • To take payment, ship your order, and handle returns
  • To manage subscriptions and send delivery reminders
  • To answer your questions and resolve problems
  • To send marketing email or text messages, when you've asked for them
  • To show you relevant ads, and to measure whether our ads work
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To improve our products, our site, and our service
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information with companies that work for us, under contracts that limit them to that work:

Purpose Providers
Store platform and hosting Shopify Inc.
Payments Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other processors shown at checkout
Shipping and fulfillment Our fulfillment partners and carriers
Email and text marketing Klaviyo, Inc.
Subscriptions Loop Subscriptions
Reviews Judge.me
Analytics and advertising Google, Meta Platforms, TikTok
Customer service Our helpdesk provider

We also disclose information when the law requires it, when we need to enforce our terms, or when a business is sold or merged. Beyond that, we do not sell your information in the everyday sense of the word: we do not hand your details to anyone who wants to pay for them.

6. Advertising, "sale," and "sharing"

Under California law and several other state laws, using advertising cookies and pixels can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, even when no money changes hands. We use those tools, so we tell you plainly: we share identifiers, device information, and browsing and purchase activity with advertising platforms so they can show you relevant ads and tell us whether our ads worked.

We do not share health-related information for advertising, and we do not knowingly share the information of anyone under 16.

You can opt out at any time:

  • Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page
  • Turn on the Global Privacy Control in your browser, we honor it automatically
  • Email office@femi-pore.com with "Opt Out" in the subject line

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights:

  • Know and access. Ask what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and who we've shared it with.
  • Delete. Ask us to delete what we hold, with exceptions for records we must keep, such as tax and order records.
  • Correct. Ask us to fix information that's wrong.
  • Portability. Get a copy in a usable format.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.
  • Limit how we use sensitive personal information.
  • No retaliation. We will never charge you more, give you less, or refuse to serve you because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Appeal. If we turn down your request, you can ask us to look at it again, and we'll answer within 45 days.

These rights are established by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and by comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of other states. We extend them to every US customer, regardless of state.

How to use them: email office@femi-pore.com or call +1 917 730 3401. We'll confirm your identity, usually by verifying details from a past order, and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why and take at most 45 days more. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.

California Shine the Light: California residents may request a list of any personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing in the past year. We do not make such disclosures.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. Strictly necessary cookies keep the store functioning and cannot be turned off. Everything else is your choice.

Manage your choices through the cookie banner, the "Do Not Sell or Share" link in the footer, or your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to shop.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.

9. Email and text messages

Email. You can subscribe at checkout or through a signup form. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. Order confirmations and shipping notices are not marketing, and you'll keep getting those as long as you have an open order.

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you order updates and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consenting to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp. Where offered, WhatsApp works the same way: you opt in, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

10. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records: seven years, for tax and accounting. Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe, then we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again. Support conversations: three years. Website analytics: 26 months at most. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.

11. Security

We use TLS encryption for every page and every transaction, which is what the padlock in your browser shows. Payment card data goes directly to PCI-compliant processors and never touches our systems. Access to customer information inside our company is restricted and logged.

No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by your state's law.

12. Children

Our store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email office@femi-pore.com and we will delete it. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

13. Where your information is processed

We are a US company and process information in the United States. Some of our service providers operate elsewhere. If you order from outside the United States, you're asking us to send your information here, where privacy laws differ from those in your own country.

14. Changes

We'll update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect.
