1. These terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of femi-pore.com and every order you place with us. The store is operated by RAF GROUP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order you accept these terms.

We may update them. The version in force is the one published here when you order.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you are.

3. How an order becomes a contract

Adding something to your cart commits you to nothing. When you place the order, you're making an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received it. The contract is formed when we ship your order, and only for the items actually shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you order.

We work to keep prices and product information accurate. If an obvious error slips through, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns, and subscriptions

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy are part of these terms. Please read them.

6. Dietary supplement notice

femiPore products are dietary supplements, not drugs.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Not medical advice

Everything on our site, including product pages, articles, quizzes, and customer stories, is for general information. It is not medical advice and is no substitute for talking to a doctor.

Talk to your healthcare provider before taking femiPore if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under 18. If you have symptoms that worry you, see a doctor. Stop taking the product and get medical help if you have a reaction.

Individual results vary. Customer experiences shown on our site are individual experiences, not a promise of what will happen for you.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if someone else gets into it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

9. Our content

The femiPore name, logo, product photography, text, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Content you post

If you post a review, comment, or photo, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

11. AI-generated content

Some images, text, and video on our site were created or edited with artificial intelligence. They illustrate our products and topics. Unless we say otherwise, people shown in AI-generated material are not real customers and don't depict real events. Our product facts and ingredient information are accurate regardless of how the surrounding material was produced.

12. Acceptable use

Don't use our site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it automatically, or to gain access to systems that aren't yours.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law says otherwise, and except for the express 90-day money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy, our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some states don't allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RAF GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

17. Disputes

Before anything else, please email us at office@femi-pore.com. Nearly everything is solved in one exchange.

If it isn't, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and both sides consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
